30 Day Habit Challenge

In our last "Be Inspired" Blog post we talked about affirmations. If you haven't read and printed out your Free Affirmation Cards you can download them HERE

Just like creating time to recite daily affirmations takes conscious practice in order to create or eliminate a habit, you need to be aware of the habit that needs to be changed and take action to form or eliminate it.  

It's time to dig deep as we approach the end of the year. What have you wanted to accomplish that you haven't yet? Have you not been able to find the time? Are you not properly focused on your goal? We want to help you turn one or more of these goals into a reality before the end of the year. We created a printable template for a 30 day habit creating/eliminating challenge. Print, fill it out and sign/date at the bottom to hold yourself accountable. Place somewhere where you will see consistently on a daily basis preferably more than one time throughout your day. 

Feel free to use this for as many habits you choose to create/eliminate. Just make sure you don't overwhelm yourself and try to change too many habits all at once. Prioritize and conquer them accordingly.
